Tonka beans can be used in any recipe that requires vanilla.
You can create a rich fragrance in a small amount.
Products with tonka bean have a stronger flavor when cooled, so use them appropriately.
How to use.
A richer flavor can be achieved by leaching by immersing in a low-temperature liquid.
You can grind finely with Jester and put it in the leaching solution to extract only the fragrance, or you can chop it with a coarse knife and leach it.
If you use 15g~30g of tonka bean per 1L of liquid, you can create a rich fragrance.
After boiling the liquid, add tonka bean and soak for 2 or 3 days to extract all the flavor of tonka bean.
